The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The hotel felt a little overpriced. Do not get tempted by the included breakfast, it’s not something to look forward to. It is pre-packaged and warmed up. Also, H2B kitchen personnel gives you some attitude when asked to refill empty pans and supply clean plates. Though the hotel interior looks decent, the walls are thin: we were awakened by our neighbors 3 nights in a row by them either coming in after midnight or heading out at 5 am. It’s a nicer chain hotel but we won’t be staying there again because of the poor noise insulation between rooms.

This was a pricey hotel for our family but we purposely sought out a 'Suite' hotel with kitchen, pool, laundry and a gym. Our family enjoys working out daily on vacation thus the gym is important. On Monday we mentioned the gym temperature was 80 and the thermostat did not work. They stated they would call maintenance. Tuesday it was still 80 and we once again asked the front desk to address and this time they said the general manager is involved and it will be addressed. Day 3 of our stay, Wednesday, now it was 81 and very tough to workout safely and I mentioned it was very disappointing it was still 80 degrees in the gym. The General Manager is 'aware' but the technician won't fix it until after the holidays. I asked 'how about fans' which seemed like a reasonable ask. We stayed 6 nights and it was 80 degrees each day in the gym and no fans materialized. It was the poor service that no one seemed to care or even give us an honest answer. Very disappointing.

The room and building were all very clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was really good and was much better than any other continental hotel breakfast we’ve had before. Better products used and the food varied both days we were there. We will definitely be back for another stay!
