Lovely place to stay had ask a guest to help check in. He said he found not. Good and he was much younger than me. Didn’t have breakfast. As was at 800. And I had leave early unfortunately. Would stay again yes.

Kein Personal, kein Service. Unpersönlich. Alleine gelassen mit dem Check-in. Nach ĂŒber einer Stunde dann endlich der Zugang zum Zimmer. Vielleicht mögen das manche Menschen, wir nicht. Kommen nicht mehr.

Le Check-In n'Ă©tait pas du tout pratique et compliquĂ©. AprĂšs beaucoup de tentatives il Ă©tait impossible d'effectuer l'enregistrement et il fallait chaque fois tout recommencer. Le systĂšme ne me dĂ©livrait pas le numĂ©ro de chambre et ne me permettait mĂȘme pas de codifier la carte d'ouverture d'une chambre. Il est fort regrettable de devoir faire appel Ă  l'assistance tĂ©lĂ©phonique en raison de l'absence de personnel sur place.

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten von Staufen, Restaurant und Altstadt zu Fuss erreichbar wunderschöne Umgebung zum Wandern und Radfahren sehr hĂŒbsch umgebautes altes GebĂ€ude, tolle Zimmer FrĂŒhstĂŒck kann im Self-Service jederzeit erfolgen. Ab spĂ€testens 0630 sind Brötchen verfĂŒgbar - kein Personal, Check-in mĂŒhsam, wenn Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert - keine Beratung bei Fragen, keine Erreichbarkeit per Telefon (hat zumindest bei mir mehrfach nicht funktioniert) - keine ParkplĂ€tze (jedoch bezahl-Parking 500m und gratis-Parking 1km entfernt)

Wunderschöne Zimmer, die elektronische Einweisung und Codierung der SchlĂŒssel sehr aufwendig und Ă€ußerst kompliziert. Schade, dass die schöne Dusche, die scheinbar noch nicht alt, so voller Schimmel ist. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck darf man keine SonderwĂŒnsche haben, da alles abgepackt und abgezĂ€hlt . Die Bedienung bei FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Wir sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden. Ein wunderschöner Raum zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck oder sich niederlassen bei GetrĂ€nken aus dem KĂŒhlschrank. FĂŒr Fahrradfahrer steht im Garten eine abschliessbare Holzhaus zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel mit Kleinigkeiten

Tolle zentrale Lage in der FußgĂ€ngerzone. GerĂ€umiges, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. MĂ€ĂŸiger WLAN-Empfang (Zi. 01, besser in Zi. 04!). Badewanne in Zi. 01 könnte fĂŒr Ă€ltere, nicht so bewegliche GĂ€ste problematisch sein. Doppelbett mit nur einer Decke - bitte nicht drum streiten 😜

Unterkunft grds. gut, jedoch eher fĂŒr Technik-Freeks. Bei Ankunft keinerlei Personal, alles automatisiert. Rezeption ist i-pad. Betreten nur mit TĂŒr-Code, der erst in zweiter Mail kam, die in erster Mail nicht angekĂŒndigt war. Telefonisch immerhin jemand erreichbar. Man sollte in Anzeige wenigstens auf das nicht jedem bekannte neue System hinweisen.
