Check in was very impersonal , rude, and distracted. The room was amazing, huge bed, great pillows, and wonderful air conditioning The outside appearence of the facility doesn't match the amazing rooms The breakfast was nothing special, hopefully the waffle maker will be fixed soon

It’s was supposed to be a smoke free room, but the room smelled of Cigars. We found a black and Mild in the closet. The blankets literally had burn holes in them. We had 2 small children with us and the pool was closed the whole stay. The floors were filthy. I mopped the floor with a wet towel. I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. We found a young ladies shoe under the A/C unit. The coffee maker was nasty. I’m need a discount and or a refund.

There's nothing like walking barefoot on a bare laminate floor that is sticky, feels like it was mopped with a dirty mop, or the cleaner was left on the floor without rinsing. we ended up putting the extra towels down to walk on. the floors were nasty.

I had stayed at this hotel twice before and found it acceptable, but this time everything was incredibly dirty. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and other things. They were really smelly and filthy.

This hotel is beyond terrible. We literally had to go buy pillows and linen from Walmart because our money was non refundable. Everything was soiled and stained. We had to buy bleach to clean the bathrooms. We had to mop the floors with floor cleaner. Just a terrible experience. STAY AWAY

Bed bugs, hair and dirt under the mattresses...the sheets appeared to have not been changed, rather the beds just made up from the last guest who stayed in the rooms. Exterior walkways were littered with trash and debris, and the smell of marijuana was prevalent throughout the walkways. Not a clean environment.

Get it together.

First gave us a room that was already being used. Then gave us a dirty room. Third room floor was soaking wet and there was still dirty towels in the bathroom.

Mr ward is the rudest person I’ve ever met in life

Mr ward was a jerk and rude at check in. He cancelled my reservation after I clearly put that I was paying upon arrival and then was a complete jerk and rude about it. He argued with me back and forth to the point I recorded him. The owner refunded me for the correct amount and said everyone complains about him that he harasses the guest all the time.

Disappointed on cleaning

They had bed bugs had to change out rooms at 1:00am in the morning i wanted a refund but couldnt no rooms were available until the next day but he did try to accomadate by getting us another room
