You will be staying in a 5-room semi-detached house that covers an area of 120 square meters and is spread across two levels, with a south-facing position. The property features a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. This room has an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, also with an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. Another shower/WC is conveniently located on this level.

The upper floor consists of another living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, offering an additional lounge area with an exit to the terrace. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning; the other features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. An open kitchen, identical to the one on the lower level, is also present, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer, along with another shower/WC.
