It’s definitely an older hotel—not that age should matter if it’s well maintained, but unfortunately, it’s not. The lobby is beautiful, but the elevators were a different story. The one from the garage and the one to my room were both slow and felt rocky. At one point, I tried to take the stairs and was scared out of my mind because they just kept going… and going… even after I thought I’d reached the lobby floor. There wasn’t even a door clearly labeled as such. The smoke alarm in the room next to mine kept going off all night, so I couldn’t sleep. When I woke up, all I wanted was a latte—but of course, the woman at the hotel “coffee shop” had a sign that said “No steamed drinks.” When I asked her to clarify, she looked at me like I was the problem. Like, girl… go home. You’re literally working at a coffee shop, how do you have no steamed drinks bro? That said, I did have some pleasant experiences with the staff—the man who checked me in and the woman working the front desk with him were both very kind.

Was dated and not very clean. Dirty windows, spots on mirror, etc. Front desk less than helpful when I told them I would be checking in late. Was uncomfortably cold from the AC in lobby and restaurant. The food in the restaurant was very good and had great staff. Other than that, not worth the price for the stay.

Dated everywhere - rooms, hallways, lobby, Peeling paint and wallpaper, cleaners in broad daylight in the lobby using baking soda on the old, dingy carpet - staff mostly helpful, but seemingly not at all happy to be there. Hard to believe Hilton would put their name on this low grade of a product.

Good space. It’s a meeting/conference center so expect it to be very busy. Check in/out was easy, room was standard, however no microwave. Our toilet was also constantly running although we were too busy with our event to call and have it addressed. Pool and fitness center were well maintained. Staff was friendly.
