The Space:
A spacious 1,156 sq. foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment where natural light is abundant. This apartment is a corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows providing city and Long Island Sound water views.
Guest Access:
On your keys you will find a brass tag, the digits indicate your floor number and the letter indicates your apartment (e.g 9T = Floor 9 Apt #9T). Take the elevator to your floor then follow the signs to your apartment. You will find 2 keys on your key ring and a fob. The fob key will open your apartment door as well as the amenity areas. The second smaller key is your mailbox key. The mailboxes are located in the lobby and are the same number as your unit. There will be a second set of keys on the desk in your apartment. Packages are received by the concierge (24 hours).
