Pros 1- The location of the property is great! Close to Red Hook, the beaches and the ferry. 2- Close to grocery stores and TuTu Mall.3- Right next to Margaritaville for taxi services, if needed.4- The condo itself was clean and presentable.Cons1- The dishwasher/sink leaked the entire time of our stay, no one came to address the matter, told my the property manager to put towels around the floor. Could have easily slipped if not paying attention to the water leaking from the washer/sink area.2- Not all electrical outlets worked in the bathrooms or in the kitchen area, could not use the toaster over at all, Keurig worked occasionally, could not use the outlets in the bathroom with the double beds.3- The courtyard needs work, not as presentable as the picture, awing torn, over window, plants are dry and dying, furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. The grill only worked on one side for one day, would not come on again during our visit. No instructions on how to use the retractable awing over the couch area, therefore, to hot in afternoon to sit outside. 4-Cart used for transporting groceries from your car, had flat tires, only used once.I stayed at this property several years prior to this visit, did not have these issues at that time. New management take note.
