This destination is famous for its stunning beaches, exceptional shopping, and a laid-back atmosphere that effortlessly melts away your worries.

THE ISLAND OF ST THOMAS HAS NOW PASSED A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (HOTEL TAX) FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ON THE ISLAND. IT IS $25/NIGHT PER UNIT (not per guest). THIS IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT.
