This fabulous two home compound is perfectly nestled on a secluded property just steps from the beach, top restaurants, and St Simons Pier. This home offers versatility and a warm welcome for every lifestyle.
As you enter the Main house you will pass a cozy keeping room, complete with a custom oyster-shell fireplace and built-in bookcases. The open floor plan extends into the living room and offers the perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or gather. The first floor also includes a coffee station, beverage refrigerator, and butler's pantry with a high-end ice maker. The fully renovated, chef's kitchen is stocked with everything an epicurean might desire; with high-end appliances, a marble tile backsplash, quartz counters and a huge island with tons of storage. Guest can also dine al-fresco on the screened-in porch while overlooking the custom pool and patio built from reclaimed antique bricks from Savannah.
Sitting by the pool is a treat in itself, with its soothing water feature, lush landscaping and lounge area around a concrete fire table. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off from your trip to the beach. For an additional fee, the outdoor pool can be heated. Please speak with your concierge for additional details.
The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area. The Primary suite includes a marble bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and gorgeous tile backsplash with mirrored medicine cabinets. Each guest room is unique with its designer wallpaper and furnishings.
Steps away from the Main house, you will find the Guest House with rooms that open to the pool. As you pull open the double sliding doors, you are greeted by a combination living/kitchen area with chic island décor.
