First time at Premiere Classe

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Nothing outstanding but for the price paid it was absolutely fine.

Very basic

The hotel was very basic with a caravan-like bathroom that you couldn't even turn around in. I suppose it was good value for money, however if you are looking for somewhere to be able to go with children etc, I would not recommend.

Disgusting

I've stayed in some odd, random or grimey places in my time but this takes the cake - plain revolting. Our room was like. Caravan- right down to the installed cupboard of a "bathroom" which had me gagging every time needed to use it. The worst part however was how our "nonsmoking" room smelt like a smokers pit. There were no windows to air it&the aircon was broken. So to sleep was stuffy &like secon hand smokig stale cigarettes. Anything we were wearing ended up smelling of smoke. I know it was cheap, but definately not as cheap as what we got.

Les check in et check out pour l’hôtel 1ere classe se font à l’hôtel Campanile qui se trouve juste à côté Pour cause de rénovation il n’est pas possible de prendre un repas chaud à l’hôtel Campanile par contre un micro onde est à disposition

Depuis le changement de propriétaire. hotel c'est dégradé le petit-déjeuner devient une horreur c'est les restes de l'hôtel Campanile qui nous servent le lendemain. quand on pose la question au personnel la réponse on obéit. à la direction
les reste. de pin congeler couper en petits morceaux pour pas qu'on y voit.

Bonjour. J'ai du mal à comprendre. Qu'on puisse nous mettre le pain. de l'hôtel Campanile au petit déjeuner pour l'hôtel. première classe Je pense que la prochaine fois je ferai venir le service d'hygiène quand on nous sort. que c'est du pain congelé C'est les restes de pain de la veille de l'hôtel Campanile . le pain était immangeable coupé en petits morceaux pour pas qu'on voit. Qu'il avait été déjà servi. juste les chutes de pain de l'hôtel d'à côté. Je vous laisse juge. de voir l'état délabré où on nous a mis pour le petit-déjeuner de la moquette arrachée de partout délabré Je pense que c'est une honte. Quand je sais qu'à côté c'était en parfait état. Je ne vois pas où ils vont gagner de l'argent. En traitant la clientèle comme ils le font. Je veux préciser malheureusement le personnel n'y est pour rien. Ils exécutent. les ordres de la direction. Cordialement M Sauvat JM
