Large landscaped garden of 3000m2 with heated swimming pool of 12m, field of olive trees, pétanque court and swing. The pool house is equipped with a toilet, an outside shower, a fridge and a treadmill
Inside, the farmhouse has been completely and tastefully renovated and offers very good amenities combining modern comfort with quality traditional materials. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the bathrooms refurbished, high speed WiFi is available everywhere.
On the ground floor :
Large open and bright reception area: living room, dining room, open kitchen opening onto a large terrace. A large scullery completes the kitchen with washing machine and dryer but also 2nd fridge, 2nd cooking unit and 2nd dishwasher as well as a separate washroom.
Winter lounge in the veranda, a reading and games room with table foosball.
Large master suite with an office hosting a convertible sofa, a large bedroom (2mx2m bed) and a bathroom with bathtub, superb Italian shower, and separate toilet.
