Lina was very receptive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The patio views were amazing. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and easy walk to beaches. The windows over looking the docks and inland waterway made this stay feel extra special.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and made eating in very seamless.Comfort and care taken for bedding and towels and bright clean throw pillows is appreciated!

It was a great place to stay with another couple. The property is well maintained. There's a pool but we didn't use it as the weather was cold. We loved sitting on the balcony watching big birds fly into the tree. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lina answered all my questions and responded promptly.

Such a nice spacious apartment Clean as can be and well stocked Great location for beach and site seeing Cool clean salt water pool. Beach wagon and chairs available by host. We didn’t find them till last day, too late to use, so don’t make our mistake. They are in the closet

We enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. The balcony is very large, a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The view of the bay was lovely. There is a small jet ski tour company next door which is a fun way to spend the morning.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location in the last two months. Definitely one of our favorites! We chartered a captained yacht and they were able to pull right up to our dock and pick us up. Everything is so conveniently close and in walking distance. Already planning our next trip back!

Location was good, if your tired from staying at the beach all day, it could be tiring on the walk home, alot of places had golf carts which would have been a great idea. it was a quiet location. Clearwater was a beautifully area.

We enjoyed our stay exactly what we needed to experience Clearwater Beach. We were offered early check in. The views were beautiful, the bedding was comfortable, nice furnishings (the pull out couch isn’t ideal for adults but worked). Easy and safe walking distance to the beach. We also booked a boat rental next door at Stay Salty Charters and received a discount! Highly recommend.

Clearwater beach gem

Very cool apartment on the inner waterway, 7 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches ever. Well appointed kitchen accommodated home-coked fresh seafood dinners. A barbecue was missed; otherwise wonderful accommodations.
