I booked this room for my father and his wife and it was terrible. The room was dirty, they didn’t make up the room and when they called to say something, the desk clerk just apologized for not having any staff to clean. That’s unacceptable when you’re advertising rooms for that high of a price. Not to mention there’s no parking so you’re pretty much forced to use valet which is about 50 a day. Do not stay here. It does not look like the pictures.

I love the employees but prices just keep going up I have never paid almost $2,000 to stay there ever for the past three years of staying there. I also think this new valet parking is charging way to much this is not a 5 star luxury hotel for the price they charge they only walk maybe fifty feet to get the car.

Welcoming staff, clean rooms, great break fast games in the lobby...it was a little weird if not different the lobby was on the 3rd floor...the parking situation was a tough but I imagine it's the same for all of St. Pete...I like the fact that they had a shuttle that couls take you to various places in St. PETE overall very good experience.
