This second-floor condo features a comfortable, open layout designed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and includes bar seating for casual dining. The living area offers a cozy place to unwind with a couch and TV after a day at the beach.

The bedroom features a queen bed with storage for clothing and personal belongings. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, with the additional couch in the living area available for sleeping.

The bathroom includes a spacious custom tile shower with sliding glass doors and a large vanity with a lighted mirror. High-speed WiFi is provided, along with one dedicated parking space for your stay.

Guests have access to the shared outdoor spaces on the property, including the waterfront area along the Intracoastal Waterway, which is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, or fishing from the dock. There is also a communal BBQ area available for guest use.

A laundry facility is located on site and is available for guest use. It is pay per use.

Located in a quiet area of Treasure Island near Sunset Beach, the condo is surrounded by some of the best local spots on the island. Guests can easily walk to Sunset Vista Park, the beach, and several popular restaurants and beach bars. The area offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere while still being close to everything Treasure Island and nearby St. Pete Beach have to offer. Whether you’re enjoying a sunset walk, grabbing fresh seafood, or exploring local shops, everything is just a short stroll away.

Getting around Treasure Island is easy. Many restaurants, beach access points, and local parks are within walking distance. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Boulevard with convenient stops nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also readily available, and having a car makes it easy to visit nearby areas like John’s Pass, St. Pete Beach, and Pass-a-Grille.

This condo is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator, so guests must be able to use stairs.

The property is part of a small, quiet complex with several year-round residents and guests seeking a relaxing stay. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted, and we ask that guests be respectful of the peaceful community.

Parking is limited to one standard passenger vehicle per unit. Trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
