Had a great trip! We live a couple of hours from the location and wanted to stay to experience the area. Very welcoming host, great amenities. The other guests in the building were very nice and welcoming. Loved the balcony and the proximity to the beach. Loved not having to deal with loud noises in the building during quiet hours. The unit is small but has everything you need. Thank you again!

Nice clean comfortable place. Great communication from the owner. Surrounding area is a very walkable 2 mile loop along the Gulf and intercoastal with ample dining options and plenty of things to do. Loved our stay here!

Wonderful condo in PAG!

My husband and I came for a long time weekend getaway and had an amazing time at Deb’s place. It is exactly as described, super clean, quiet, and cozy. Deb has ensured that the space is well-appointed and takes care of your every need. She was incredibly communicative and responsive. We didn’t have any issues with while we there there and loved every minute in Pass-a-Grille. The condo is close to everything that you will want or need - restaurants, activities and the beach is directly across the street (couldn’t be more perfect!). We’ll definitely rebook with Deb again the next time we visit PAG.

The condo was very nice and the owner was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary vacation a special one. Right across the street from the beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach. The condo is equipped as well.

Good for the soul!

I stayed at Deb’s apartment for 6 nights and couldn’t have enjoyed myself more. The property was as described and right on the beach. Her property supplied many more convenience’s than most, cooking supplies, spices, beach chairs etc. if I had any problems she was quick to respond and a joy to work with. I will be definitely going back.

Excellent condo and location!!!

This small condo is located in an ideal location, is extremely clean and perfect for two people! Deb, the owner is a great communicator and kept us in the loop regarding the rental process. She also made an effort for us to check in early. If you’re looking for an outstanding, friendly, clean place to stay in Pass a Grill, I would highly recommend this small condominium situated right across the street from the gorgeous beach. It is also central too several restaurants for great seafood, burgers etc. We will be staying here again in the near future! Thank you Debi!

Great location, cozy and quiet accommodations

This was our second stay with this host, and she is indeed a Super Host! Everything was very clean, the unit is well equipped and includes everything you could want for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Communication was superb. Location is in the heart of Pass-A-Grille and super convenient to the beach. The weather was a little unpredictable this trip, but we had a great time anyway! We look forward to our next visit to PAG.

Cozy and quiet, beautiful view! bring quarters

The directions were very clear and we had no problem checking in. Super comfortable bed and we enjoyed having the counter ice machine. Location was amazing, we could walk out to the shared observation deck and watch the sunset every night. We could walk across the street and be on the beach. We were within walking distance to several bars and restaurants so we didn’t need to drive unless we needed to go to the grocery store. The one thing to remember is there is not a washer and dryer in the condo, bring quarters to use the on site communal washer and dryer. Very quiet area so perfect for us to relax and enjoy the beach. We would stay again :)
