At 300 square feet, this private, detached, studio home rests behind a main house and is perfect for traveling nurses or other professionals seeking quiet, comfort, safety, and privacy.

12 minutes by car from world famous St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island and also a 12 minute drive from Downtown St. Pete and the brand new St. Pete Pier (off the easily accessible and close by highway), you'll love how the unit is fully stocked and close by to major beaches and attractions.

The neighborhood, Disston Heights, is a prime location in the middle/west of St. Pete which is central to both the beach and downtown, making it one of the most desirable places to stay in St. Pete if you want to check out both. There are many local and familiar (national) restaurants and businesses near by off 66th street where Tyrone Mall is located. Additionally, Gulfport beach is 10 minutes away directly south on 58th street, while St. Pete beach and Treasure Island are a short 12 minute drive away making for great day trips.

Downtown St. Pete is also about 12 minutes away, by car, where there are many new attractions, restaurants, and businesses to explore. Additionally, there is a big recreational facility across the street (Northwest Park) which features pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as a jogging area, softball/baseball facilities, a public pool, and much more!
