The best thing about this hotel is the pool/hot tub area. Really nice and it stays open until 11 PM, which is later than most places I’ve stayed. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The main problem for me was that the elevator wasn’t working in the morning when I left so I had to carry all my stuff down three flights of stairs. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very good. They had sausage, eggs, and biscuits, but all three of those things were pretty terrible. Just not cooked properly. The coffee also had kind of a strange taste to it. Overall, while I did feel this hotel was a good place to stay, it doesn’t deserve the extremely high rating that it currently has on hotels.com.

Decent but not high quality

The room was clean but it had a definite odor. Perhaps that’s why the AC was set to 61 when I came in, to try to cover it? Check in staff was helpful and moved me to a room further from the elevators when I requested a quieter location. It is right at the back of the airport so you could hear the planes if the room was very quiet, but it’s not a busy airport and it didn’t bother my sleep at all. Just spending the night before flying out in the am, so location is perfect for that.
