FREE WI-FI- We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!!

(There will be $50.00 charge for more than 4 people/per night/per person.)

WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS $500 under 50LBS larger than 50 LBS $1,000 PER PET/PER STAY. UPDATED VACCINATION PAPERWORK REQUIRED.

Nice renovated space. Great location near beach. Helpful owner. No amenities for shower/bath. TV difficult to operate. Space not as advertised… Could barely sleep 2. Awkward layout. No view on porch. Building construction next-door… Not pleasant. No climate control to operate.
