I had a pleasant stay here at the end of April. I came to town for a conference but the main hotel was almost 400 night. I found this place and the price and pictures seemed like a good option for me. It was less than 10 min to walk to the conference.The location was great and a short walk to the beach, food, and the Surfstyle store for groceries.Here are a few observations:1. The 3pm check in time is strictly enforced. There were a number of empty rooms but I was not allowed to check in early. But at 3pm on the dot the message came in for me to access my room. I arrived before noon so I stayed by the pool. 2. It is very self service, so there are no bathrooms or outlets. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Pool towels are only in your room, so if you plan to arrive early, just be prepared that you are on your own until 3 pm.3. The AC was great and you can set the temperature to what you like. 4. The bed was very comfortable. 5. The fridge, coffee maker, and microwave that all functioned well.6. The room provided 2 towel sets and 2 beach towels. If you want more towels I am not sure if they will stock more for more people or do you can ask for more once checked in.7. A few people said their tv would not connect to the internet. You have to click connect to their internet and then the tv worked fine.8. Overall I would stay here again. For the price, I was very satisfied with my stay.
