Perfect Beach Condo! Steps from Beach and Dining

Just steps across the way from the Gulf of Mexico, to a very pristine beautiful beach. Walk to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk with shops, dining, craft brewery, water sports, dolphin tours, and fishing charters! View dolphins and manatees from your own marina view balcony. Our condo is the perfect vacation spot; private and quiet location, yet the beach, restaurants, fishing and nightlife are just a short walk away.

Our condo is on the third floor and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a brand new king bed and the second bedroom has a brand new trundle/day bed. There is also a full size pull out couch in the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps 4, and even one to two more by utilizing the pull out. There is a full kitchen stocked with dinner and cookware, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, range and oven, washer and dryer. There is cable television and wi-fi in the unit. We also keep several beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels along with some beach toys in the home for you. This is a self catered unit. Please pack your personal toiletries. There will be a starter set for your arrival.

Enjoy the fitness center and heated pool and spa.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is ideally located for the beach (literally across the street access - easy walk and no need to drive or deal with parking). Also very close, another easy walk to shops, bars, and restaurants- which was key for us. Condo is extremely well-equipped, can’t think of anything it didn’t have for the beach, cooking, laundry, etc. Also a gym on the top floor, and private parking. Pool is also a nice feature if you need a day off the beach. Great communication with Suzy too. Had a great stay.

Excellent communication from Suzie and JoJo, process could not have been simpler. Access to the apartment was straightforward which was brilliant after an 8 hour flight. The apartment is incredibly well equipped especially for a beach holiday. Location could not have been better, directly across from the beach and a few hundred yards from the restaurants and amenities at St John’s Pass. Exactly what we wanted.

Deck on the bay and the beach was across the street. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. You don’t have to get in your car if you don’t want because shops and restaurants are right there.

This was a beautiful condo just steps away from our favorite place John's Pass. The condo was decorated perfectly and the added candy jar was a nice touch. Everything was comfortable and Suzy was helpful and it was a breeze. Thank you!
