Good location and the pictures match the listing description. House was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub too. For dinner nearby, try Rumba Island Bar and Grill. For cycling and walking visit Courtney Campbell Causeway and Pinellas trail from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs.

I’ve been traveling to Florida for years and I will tell you right now.. You will not find anything better than this for the value of the money!! GREAT host.. Big house, nice garage & TV & A heated toilet seat w/ a remote to flush & bidet! Double showers & a jet/bath tub, AND a hot tub! NICE washer & dryer, cool new fridge with artisan ice maker, there was a lot of thought put into this place compared to others that cost more a little closer to the beach. Just drive to Honeymoon Island (my fav beach & park/trail system) where the parking is plentiful, it’s a 10 min or so drive personally I rode my bike there everyday! This place is practically on the Pinellas trail (short couple mile sidewalk ride away).. I also rode my bike to Clearwater Island too, rolled out right from the driveway to the trail! This place can’t be beat for the price.

The home next door was under renovations and getting a new roof so there was zero peace and quite. At one point there were 5 men sitting on the roof next door staring at me sitting in the sunroom...so awkward. The home itself was beautiful and we enjoyed the updated furnishings and amenities.

Big Green House

I wanted to thanks Anna for the amazing experience at the house. I loved the interior decor, style of the home, and the amenities. The house was spacious, close to the beach, and had everything I needed to stay. I would 100% recommend a family to stay there and just enjoy hanging out together, go in the jacuzzi or bbq. This house is very nice, just like the pictures. It came well stocked with about everything you could need. The giant TV was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom with dual showers was so beautiful. beautiful beautiful.

This place is as nice as the pictures. Very roomy and beautiful. The outdoor space and hot tub are awesome. Anna is a fantastic host, very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. We would definitely book with her again. Great location to as everything is close by that you would need.
