Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach studio, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy.
This is a studio apartment with a king size bed 1 nightstand, flat screen T.V. with a clothing rack and large storage baskets. This unit also features a flat screen T.V. in the living room, a full bathroom (2 steps up to enter), and private patio with a private BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The dining room table has seating for 4 people, if pulled out from the wall.
The bathroom features a stand up shower which is all updated.
The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.
The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cups and a regular ground pot of coffee.
The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on TUesday's and Friday's. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.
Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in earlycheckout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any petsextra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.
