This beautifully decorated condominium is ideally located for your beach getaway. Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, located on the sixth floor, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed with details that make you feel right at home.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for families or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you may need during your stay and opens to the dining and living areas, allowing you to enjoy Gulf views while preparing meals or relaxing indoors.

Guests can take advantage of the property’s amenities, including the pool area, a beachside volleyball court, and shared barbecue grills perfect for preparing outdoor meals. Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.

Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.

Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.

Beach Vacation

The website indicated the pool would hopefully be open by March 5th. I found out it wasn’t going to be open while we were there a week before we arrived on the 6th. but we could use the chairs by the pool on the beach. When we arrived the manager told us we could not use the chairs so we had to go purchase two chairs and pay another hundred dollars! Then after a couple of days they were telling people they could use the chairs! There were NO amenities! Not even a grill to use!The weather was very windy during the two weeks we were there and chili so we left a day early.Last year we stayed for a month at a condo just for units down for half the price of what we paid for two weeks at this one! Will never be back to this one!
