The staff was kind and helpful, but overall we would definitely not stay there again. We came into town for a concert and didn’t have enough time to request a new room, but the room was not clean and a lot of the facility was in poor condition. I don’t even blame the cleaning staff because apparently the cleaning policy is that they only have 15-20 minutes to clean every room which is insane! Once you walked past the front lobby to the elevators, everything looked like it was ready to fall apart or hadn’t been updated in 20 years. The elevators also were down and caused long wait times for the one that was working. Overall, it was the least comfortable I’ve felt in a hotel that we paid that much for, it felt like a motel situation instead of a Hilton.

The elevator went down the first night. Spent more time waiting for the elevator than I did for local activities. They had 3 elevators and only one worked. The stairs were no better very crammed not to mention there was only one set of stairs. Bad experience.

Old run-down furniture and smelly carpet in the room, sheets and towels were clean, beds were comfortable, refrigerator didn't cool or have a freezer. Had to pay an additional $45 plus tip for overnight parking daily or find parking in the street. Also, it's cheaper to book online than at the Hotel.
Hilton St Peterburg, Location is great, lots of restaurants, stores and the Salvador Dali is in walking distance.

Love this hotel
