300 DOLLAR SMOKING FEE WITHOUT SMOKING!!

Horrible experience. Was charged a 300 dollar smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room. Absolutely ridiculous, and the manager at the front desk was ZERO help, and rude!!!

Great place to stay and visit in around St.Petersburg, plenty to do in walking distance and the marina and museums. Great location for couples staying in St. Petersburg, plenty to see and do nearby and walking distance. The staff is amazing and very attentive to the guests and your needs. They are very friendly and always checking on you and wishing a great stay and always helpful recommendations for nearby things to do and place to eat and drink. Highly recommend staying here.

Our room, while spacious was in poor condition. Upholstered furniture was run down, bathroom was dirty and tiles were broken and moldy. Mattress was worn out. The public areas of the property were in very good condition and clean.

We were very disappointed with this stay. The hotel was dirty, old, and run down. The elevator had no permit and was extremely slow, we waited 10 min to be able to being our bags down. It was listed as a 3.5-4 star but felt like a 1-2 star at most. Definitely not worth the value! I would add pictures if there was an option.

There were some issues with the room itself. Curtains had stains, toilet not clean. Not trash bags in bin. Also watching valet park other cars concerns me they are not taking very good care of mine. You can hear them screeching around corners as if they’re going too fast.

Way too expensive for ripped carpets, stained carpets, falling apart furniturevin rooms, messed up elevators, cracking tiles in showers, a bathroom mirror that you couldnt even see yourself in due to corrosion. Terrible service, and 45 dollar mandated vallet parking on top of it all. Not worth it at all. Verry disappointed.

Our room was close to the elevators. They were obviously having mechanical difficulty with them. All night long we could hear the motors rumble and the room shook terribly. When I mentioned this issue at check out the front desk staff acknowledged they were having problems with the elevators. Why wasn’t I told this when I checked in?

The hotel’s location, valet and front desk were the best part. One elevator shuddered when in use, the room had a damp smell like mildew/mold. The bathroom was in bad need of an upgrade. I wouldn’t stay there again, and it wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Staff was great. Sheets dirty and despite entering in the room and clean the room the sheets never got changed. Towell had ALSO spots of make up and were dirty as well.
