Guest Access:
We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home. The only thing we ask is that you please avoid using the patio shed.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

We allow 2 dogs per stay for a small fee!

If you're looking to enjoy our heated pool, keep in mind, that it's available from mid-October to the end of May. While the pool won't get as hot as a hot tub, it can warm up to a comfy 85°F. No extra fee for the use of the heater. Please note, that the heater's performance may vary due to weather conditions.

The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.

Beaches: St. Pete Beach Is just 20 minutes away, Redington, Madeira, and Treasure Island Beach are 20 minutes away, while Clearwater Beach is just 30 minutes away.

Airports: The Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.

Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 20-minute drive from the house, and Downtown Tampa is 35 minutes.

Shopping: Winn-Dixie is a 2-minute drive, Publix is 10 minutes away, Sam's Club is 8 minutes away and Tyrone Mall is 15 minutes away.
