Enjoy a stay at our wonderful freshly remodeled non-smoking gulf front beach condo. Out of the windows there is sand and surf to the horizon . Freshly hand painted throughout, with a luxury bathroom equipped with a beautiful walk in glass and granite handmade shower. Throughout this charming unit fresh rustic flooring has just been laid from end to end. Large, spacious kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top, complete with all of the hardware you need to whip up a wonderful dinner for your family to enjoy while you watch the waves crash in on the soft, beautiful sand beach. Family room boasts a brand new 55 inch smart TV you can log your netflix into and enjoy the programming you want as well as free cable, while you relax on a brand new ultra soft leather couch, complete with memory foam mattress upgrade, that also sleeps 2. The large, oversize bedroom also has a TV with free cable programming, and brand new sheets, blankets, and comforters, and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. There is a free laundry room with washers and dryers so you can do any laundry you wish du ring your stay. You can watch the sunrises and sunsets from your own balcony on the second floor, enjoying the beautiful sounds and smells of the ocean merely steps away. Outside is a clean, heated pool, perfect for a quick dip and cooling off. We have stays available from 6 nights and up. Minutes away from Clearwater Beach area and lots of wonderful shops.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach. Was clean, except for a few things, under and behind the beds and sofa. Property itself is pristine, they do an excellent job looking after it. The tiny pool was over crowded with limited lounges and seating. Parking easy. The listing stated there was laundry available, it was assumed it was in the unit, it is not. You must download an app and head downstairs to share machines with the other units. It was much smaller than we anticipated. There is no counter space to cook a proper meal, you must use the stove top with a cutting board to chop and do prep. You must also use the stove top to put the dishrack when cleaning up. After you unpack there is limited space to put your suitcases. There is no duvet and we could not find a second set of linens to change them if we wished to. The people that own and run the listing were easy to connect with, kind and informative, they made suggestions about where to go, eat, shop etc. Overall, it is a great tiny space to go to on your own, if you dont wish to cook much, and don't require washer/dryer in the unit. Spent a week here and the unit was PERFECT. What an amazing view this place has !!!! OCEAN FRONT!!!! The unit is clean and has all necessary amenities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO !!!! Doug was easy to communicate with for any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back to this unit on the Beach again!!!

Very clean condo with a great ocean view. Family friendly but quiet space a less busy beach area which was great. Only down side was no laundry in room but the laundry room on third floor was close and easy to use with app so you don’t need quarters.

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and has an excellent view of the ocean and beach. It's a beautiful location to watch the sunset from the balcony or on the beach. It's also a great location between downtown Clearwater and John's Pass (a must see) without having to be stuck in the crowds.

The condo was as pictured. Very cute but small. Good for 2 people.Shower was very nice. Bedroom was very nice size. The bed was comfortable. No closet or even hooks to hang things on though. The balcony is very small but the view is amazing! Just steps from the beach. Saw dolphins swimming by a few times. Beautiful sunsets. Everything in the condo and property was very clean and nice. Towels were nice. They had some beach stuff also. Nice people who took care of things there

Great location! Super friendly community! Place is as described. We used the pool, beach, laundry room, patio. We would stay here again! Took Lyft to get into Clearwater instead of paying for parking. Also visited Indian Rocks and John’s Pass- loved both!

Great Location

Great location right on beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Room was perfect, had everything you would need, chairs, umbrellas, tents. Even plenty of beach towels!You can easily fly in and not worry about needing things for the beach. Also very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend !!

NIce condo with ocean view

Very nice and clean condo with ocean view and beautiful sunsets. The owner was vere responsive and provided beach chairs, umbrellas to take to the beach, which is just a view steps away. Beautiful area with nice restaurants in a short driving distance. My husband and I had a great vacation and hope to come back soon.

Great Place in Belleair Beach

Awesome place to stay for my family (family of 4 but would have been fine for up to 6). It was the perfect size for us. Great quick access to beach which we went to every day. Literally steps from condo. View from balcony was the beach. Easy, quick access to many restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach. You can tell that the condo was been recently remodeled -- living room, bathroom, and floors were all new. Communication with Doug was great. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect right on the beach, everything is easily walkable or a very short driving distance. The condo is an advertised with beautiful views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of space, great having 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Everything updated & clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Balcony view of beach and listening to waves crash on the shore was wonderfully relaxing. Pool is very clean and warm. Other guests in building were very quiet and respectful. Overall wonderful stay!

Picture deceiving. Very small. Balcony very small No washer or dryer they were upstairs. Owner awful nice. Huge sand dune. Can’t see the ocean from pool or patio on ground level. Hard for older people or those with maladies to get to the beach. No dishwasher no iron Tiny
