Two Full Kitchens & Living Areas: Both the upstairs and downstairs units feature their own fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room.

Sleeping Arrangements: Each level hosts 3 bedrooms (6 total) and plenty of bathrooms (5 total).

Entertainment Everywhere: Every bedroom comes equipped with a TV featuring cable (sports package included) and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Awesome house and loved being right on the beach. Only issue was upstairs being very warm and driveway so narrow. Leaving out of driveway, the view one way was obscured by fencing and some large painted object. We pulled out and to avoid a hit we turned too sharp too fast and tae fire hydrant on the other side of driveway ripped a hole through our passenger door.Other than that, yes, I would definitely come back…loved the location and the home! Our family made wonderful memories!

Just as listed on the app plenty of rooms and beds and lounging areas inside the house full equipped kitchen and bathrooms. What we love most about the location of this was the direct gulf view beach access. There are beach towels and chairs, beach l toys, noodles to float with, and there was a beach umbrella there as well. We also bought one and left it at the unit along with some boogie boards. We were flying so we couldn’t take those back, but we had a great time!

We had an incredible time at this beach house. Unbeatable location in Indian Rocks Beach, right on the beach and just a five minute walk to multiple bars and restaurants. The house is great for larger groups, we had 10 and still had ample space. Would absolutely rebook in the future.

This property has all of the features we were looking for in our beach vacation. We are a large group and it is very hard to find properties on the beach that can accommodate all of us. This space had all of the room we needed and we were directly on the beach. Perfect for access and sunsets. In addition to the bedroom space, the dining and living space was big enough for us all to be together. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Spot for Our Company Anniversary Weekend

We booked this beach house for a quick 2-night stay to celebrate our company’s anniversary, and it ended up being the perfect choice. While the home isn’t newly renovated or ultra-modern, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable weekend.The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with gorgeous views and the kind of peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and reconnect as a team. Plenty of space to hang out, unwind, and enjoy meals together.The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. This house was perfect for a large family. The host was very flexible and helpful. I was very impressed with even the smaller amenities provided that often times get overlooked. We had plenty of beach towels, bathroom and kitchen towels, along with trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. It was nice not to have run out of that stuff after the first couple hours of being there. Beautiful location right one the beach and walkable to a number of restaurants. Would definitiely stay again.

Bugs in the beds and lies about the bed count

The property advertised 12 beds in 6 bedrooms, but there were only 10 beds/futons. This is a huge deal. The host is materially misrepresenting the amount of beds in two of the bedrooms. We went with 12 guys for a birthday party and did not have 12 beds to sleep in which made the trip uncomfortable for everyone. (Picture 7)There were over a dozen bugs crawling around in multiple beds. It was a disgusting experience that cost well over 1,000/night. (Picture 1-5)When I asked about the roof access which was blocked off, but no mention of being inaccessible in the listing I was greeted with a very rude message (picture 8)Even if it was free I would not stay here.

Graduation celebration

Needed a place to stay for granddaughter’s law school graduation at Stetson in Gulfport. We absolutely loved the house and the amazing location. The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was perfect, I would call it a rare find. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing!

Boys weekend on the beach

I won't stay anywhere else in the Tampa area with a large group. This place was amazing. Exactly what the listing shows - a well maintained property and the backyard is the beach. Check in was flawless - we only needed to ask 1 question through the stay and that was answered and solved promptly. I will be returning to this place (even if I don't have a large group). You just can't beat it.

Incredible location, great for large families

My extended family of all ages stayed at this house for the 4th of July holiday week. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained, and our family loved spending time together on the patio. The accommodations are a bit outdated and the plumbing needed attention during our visit, but overall the location made up for it. It is within walking distance to plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants.

Awesome Beach House

This beach house is absolutely wonderful. It’s very large, equipped with everything you need, and the owner is very responsive. Not to mention the huge supply of beach towels and plenty of chairs. We loved hanging out on the rooftop. It was such a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups.
