The Space:
If you enjoy a tiny home, then you will appreciate this space. This studio features one queen bed with a full pullout bed in the living room. If using the pullout bed, the living space and bedroom are not separated by a full wall or door.

The studio is part of a duplex, fully private with one shared wall, featuring studio-grade soundproofing for comfort and privacy. Long term tenants with a dog live in the main house.

**Despite having monthly pest control, Florida's warm climate can attract occasional bugs and geckos. Pest control cannot guarantee elimination of ALL pests. Keep doors closed and food sealed. No refunds for pest sightings.

Guest Access:
Enter and park from the back alley. Keyless access provided. The property address will be shared the day before check in for guest privacy and safety.

Other Things to Note:
Kindly include your pet when booking. A one time pet fee applies. House broken dogs only please. Most guests find it helpful to have a vehicle while visiting. The WiFi is provided via a network extender. It does not allow for direct Ethernet connection. Guests are responsible for any toiletries beyond those provided. Great place!

My pup and I were down picking up my girlfriend and this was a great place to stay and I definitely would stay here again. The outdoor area is great for a dog as well as cooking a nice meal on the grill.

The avocado oasis was very conveniently located to dining and shopping. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating . Convenient check-in process. Very private and clean. Thoughtful amenities, such as laundry, pods, dishwashing pods, and dog treats. Adding this to my favorites ❤️. PS loved being Serenaded by all the beautiful birds each morning while I sat on the patio enjoying my coffee

Excellent experience.

Very clean and updated. It was amazing how well it was stocked. We did not have to go out and purchase anything . Everything was there that we needed. The fenced in patio was perfect for our pup. We were able to let her out without worrying about tying her up. Even a barbecue with all the tools. Thank you for paying attention to details.

Tiny house

Very cute ground floor studio apartment. It is small but big enough to accommodate two people. Loved all the decorating and modern appliances. Especially liked the private and secure fence surrounding the patio. We met Stacey, the owner, and she was helpful with a couple questions we had. We were not use to Roku tv but got the hang of it eventually. We would definitely recommend this place if okay with small.

It’s the little things.

This place was so adorable and quaint. The little touches that made it feel like home. Nice quality toilet paper, great paper towel. Lovely towels and dishes. Cute outdoor patio with a little area for our dog to go potty. Laundry pods to do your laundry. A beautifully tiled bathroom with a rain shower head. It was truly adorable and homey. We loved it.
