Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

Please note this condo does not have a phone.
The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, visitor parking and there are ample BBQ facilities provided. The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. Our private heated pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating and umbrellas.
For some shopping and entertainment, you are just a 2-minute walk from John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village voted Pinellas County’s leading tourist attraction. For good reason, The Village offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoy some music at The ‘Bamboo Beach Beer Garden’ and ‘The Hut,’ or eat fresh fish caught daily at ‘Waltz Fish Shak.’ Several popular anchor tenants have also made the Village their home including Bubba Gump’s, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina. You will find the unit to be meticulously clean, furnished with all kitchen utensils, bed-linens, towels, even extra pillows. Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including copier and print boarding passes.
