These 2 newly redecorated units have a combined 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the SECOND floor of a quaint 4-unit building, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach (sleeps up to 12). The sun-heated pool is right outside of the units. Just steps from the beach, it is located across the street from beach access, a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in a family friendly neighborhood.

**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other.
*Pet-friendly rooms are available. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $25 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with VRBO, Booking, or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*Security cameras located outside.

You are very close to the Walsingham Bridge which takes you back off the beach where you can find all the national chain stores such as Publix, Home Depot, Walgreens, fast food restaurants, etc.

Our cohost lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via phone and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through Air BnB for lightning fast response.
This area is quaint and quiet Florida beach town. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.
Parking for up to 4 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street.
The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
