Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht

Die Lage der Wohnung ist trotz der etwas weiteren Entfernung zu den größeren Stränden und des tollen seitlichen Ausblicks zum Meer gut. In der Annonce wird beschrieben, dass „die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden“. Davon sind wird aufgrund dessen ausgegangen. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen und auch keine Handtücher herausgelegt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass mit der o.g. Beschreibung gemeint ist, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher jedoch gegen Gebühr gestellt werden und das im „Kleingedruckte“ beschrieben ist. Von daher ist das „Kleingedruckte“ in der Annonce-Beschreibung gut durchzulesen. Es ist zudem nicht in Ordnung, dass im Nachhinein höher Kosten für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher von uns verlangt worden sind, als die Kosten im „Kleingedruckten“ in der Annonce-Beschreibung beziffert waren. Es kommt hinzu, dass wir die Betten selbst beziehen mussten. Leider war auch die Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung, daher auch hier Punktabzüge. Im Waschbecken waren noch vereinzelt Haare und das WC wies ebenfalls Spuren des Vormieters auf. Ein weiterer Makel waren die Kopfkissen, an den deutliche Schweißflecken vorhanden waren. Zum Glück hatten wir unsere eigenen Kopfkissen mit.

Sehr sauber und toller Ausblick

Das Objekt war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Telefonisch war der Vermieter leider nur sehr selten erreichbar. Per WhatsApp hat er dann aber geantwortet. Der Kontakt war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Schönes Apartment landschaftlich gut gelegen.

Ein schönes sehr sauberes Apartment, seitlicher Blick auf die Nordsee. Zentral gelegen. Leider war der BACKOFEN defekt, man konnte somit keine Brötchen aufbacken und ihn auch sonst nicht nutzen. Auch der Eierkocher war defekt. Beides wurde nicht repariert. Schade !!!. Sonst war die Küche mir allem ausgerüstet, was man benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gross und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Völlig daneben empfanden wir die Bemerkung des Verwalters, dass wir aus dem. Apartment nichts "mitnehmen" sollen, da dies strafbar sei. Dass haben wir bis dato noch von keinem Vermieter gehört. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit trotz der kleinen Missstände Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Wochenende St. Peter Ording

FEWO im Hochhaus, 10 Etage, toller Ausblick. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Mit 2 Erwachsenen ok, mehr würde sehr eng werden. Bad renoviert, Rest der Wohnung Stilmix aus Möbeln, aber ok. Leider keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, muss separat gemietet werden. Endreinigung mit 80 Euro im Vergleich zu anderen Fewos recht teuer.

Ferienwohnung in St. Peter-Ording

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. In der Ferienwohnung war wirklich alles zu finden, was man in seinem privaten Hausstand auch hat. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder auf jeden Fall mehr als ausreichend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Tresen und die relativ zentrale Lage.

Hochhaus mit Weitblick

Der ganze Komplex ist in einem sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist leider in der hintersten Ecke, aber dafür gibt es einen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Sie ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet. Das ( sehr kleine Bad) ist renoviert und hat Fussbodenheizung.Es ist alles da was man braucht, und der Balkon mit der Aussicht ist toll. Der Check in und out lief Kontaktlos und auf Vertrauen. Das war angenehm, so hatte man keinen Termin Druck. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen, ich fand Sie gut!

Es fehlte nichts, alles vorhanden.

Die Wohnung war schlecht zu finden. 10.Stock ok,aber viele Türen ohne Beschilderung. Ausserdem waren viele Stufen bis zum Hauseingang.Später habe ich erfahren, das es auch ein Aufzug vom Keller. also ebenerdig,gab.Für Menschen mit gehbehinderung muss der Hinweis vorher gegeben werden. Wlan war auch nicht vorhanden. Sonst .alles vorhanden

Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Bad und Dorf. Der nächste Bäcker ist 20 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Fahrrad mitzunehmen.

Teilmodernisiertes Appartement in einem unmodernisierten Wohnblock. Balkon kaum nutzbar, rostig und verschmutztes Mobiliar, mit Teppich azsgekegt und immer feucht.
