With approximately 45 square meters of living space, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Bad district. In addition to the open-plan sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the apartment offers a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small living/seating area.

The highlight of the apartment is the spacious, furnished balcony – perfect for relaxing and leaving everyday life behind.

For additional moments of well-being, the shared sauna is available for a fee. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer in the building, also for a fee.

You can park your car free of charge directly at the building, and you can safely store your bicycles in the shared shed. Your four-legged family members are also welcome for an additional fee. A baby cot and a highchair are also available for an extra charge.

Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach restaurants and shops on foot. The promenade with its pier and the expansive beach are also within walking distance.
