Rooms were ok, nothing special. Staff was nice. Breakfast was awful. Food tasted like I was eating plastic. Had to ask them to bring out more milk. The orange juice ran out as well. Coffee tasted like it was a week old. Thank goodness for the waffle maker saving the day. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

We checked in and front desk attendant was very niice and helpful. The room was large with a sitting area, kitchenette and restroom separate from the bedroom. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain needs replaced because it wouldn’t stay in place and the fan was very loud. The hot tub did not work as many guests have pointed out, but they have yet to fix it. The rooms were clean, but the vents could use a little attention, as well as in the bedroom behind the side tables and around the cracks. The rooms could use some updates but had ample room and plenty of lights. The bed was OK but could use a replacement. The sliding doors on the closet next to the kitchenette were off the track and didn’t open very well. There was a second closet in the bedroom though which had plenty of space. Before checking out we enjoyed the breakfast bar that offered a variety of things to eat from fruit, yogurt, and cereal to muffins & bagels, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as a waffle maker. All in all our stay was pleasant and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is in need of updating, very dated, dark and tired, and the price is high for the experience. The vending machines are empty, included breakfast was terrible, mostly packaged and processed, the toilet wouldn’t flush and had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom and that restroom had trash on the floor and poop on the stall walls. Then the shower wouldn’t drain and no maintenance team was on site to address anything, incredible loud AC unit that woke me up when it kicked on every hour. The one good part was the amazing young man checking everyone in, his service was incredible and he was doing his best with what leadership and owners have given him to work with.

Faucet was dripping. Torn curtains, very hard mattress, thin flimsy pillows and air conditioning would not shut off. Terrible smell in hallways and paper thin walls. Only 1 room key would work after multiple tries. Checked out 1 day earlier. Would not recommend staying here.

Would not recommend! Hotel advertises a pool and hot tub! The hot tub is broken and will not be repaired per the employee working the front desk. The hot tub was the main reason for our stay. Also the door to get into the pool area was broke. Housekeeping is not done during your stay, you must go down and get your own towels and toiletries as needed. There is no changing sheets, trash or vacuuming while you’re staying. The toilet continuously broke. The faucet on the shower was broke. The shower curtain was hung poorly and water flooded the bathroom. I would never stay here again

We had non functioning door locks and the staff just said they were old locks and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We finally got the door open by getting the green light on the key then forcing the door open with our shoulder.

We had a nice 2 nights for what we paid for. Hotel is outdated and the breakfast was not good, but had plenty of options to choose from. Needs to be rated as fair to good. Great neighborhood and we felt safe at all times.

First off go to take a shower The water's not draining. I have to pull out a pound of hair just to get it drained a little bit there was way more hair that I couldn't get was absolutely disgusting. The room was fine fairly clean walls had some markings on them so did the tub like crayon or something. The breakfast was subpar it ends at 9:00 we got there around 7:45 All they had was cold hash browns sausage links. The only thing I could figure out to eat was a bagel and they had a waffle maker. The second day it looked like they threw some eggs out there but they were all gone there was hardly any bacon left in a couple of the hash browns. I'll blame that part on me because I didn't get there until a little after 8:00 a.m..
