Home is located on a quiet one way street with gated driveway/backyard parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels. Brand new 5 ton air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and radiant heat to keep you nice and toasty warm in the winter. Wonderful outdoor deck area with gas firepit. Perfect location for our daughter's wedding at the Piper Palm House. Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Backyard was an oasis - fenced with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the warm spring days and evenings. Clean and ready for us. Host reached out early with clear directions for getting in. Would stay again.

This house was perfect! Everything was very clean! Jim answered any questions we had within minutes. Being able to park inside the gated driveway was an excellent bonus! We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 5, in town for a wedding! We loved both the exterior and interior of the house, and it had everything we needed, including workspaces for those in our group who had remote work and meetings.We really like historical neighborhoods, and we enjoyed being close to Tower Grove Park for walks. lovely family weekend!

Charming house in great neighborhood

We stayed at this charming house to attend a wedding. It was the perfect location for us. The house is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. We walked to Fiddleheads for breakfast and highly recommend this delightful cafe for breakfast.

The house being centrally located was helpful for our family to be out and about during the day and then come back and hang out together at the house. We were even able to walk to a coffee shop nearby in the morning. Jim was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay.
