This property has a beautiful drive up entrance to the hotel, but it’s closed permanently. You have to park in the parking garage and carry your luggage. No valet services or bellhops.

I was actually really impressed by the cleaniness, comfort as well as the professional manner of all employees. Especially Asia, a night time auditor if thats what they call them She went above and beyond to help me check in quickly and get to my room.

Hotel stay was great. Heavy winds made the power drop a couple times caused havoc in the casino. At one point it took 2 hrs for the team to come reset the machines and return money in the machines. Gaming floor seemed very understaffed in all aspects.

Room was clean, however there was sticky residue on the desk and wall. Looks to be from a soda spraying. Nice bathroom and huge shower. Overall I would stay again. Didn't realize people could still smoke in the casino.

The hotel itself is beautifully built. The staff at check in was very friendly. I did not appreciate having to walk back up to my room to get my ID solely to pick up dinner i ordered from the Asian restaurant. I was unaware the Asian restaurant was in the rear of the casino. It is not within proximity of all the other restaurants. That was pretty irritating. The worst part about the hotel is how uncomfortable the beds are. The beds are very firm. Like VERY firm. Firm enough that as a side sleeper, my hip bones were sore. The best part of the room is the shower. It takes a bit for the hot water to come through, but once it does, it is nice and hot. I absolutely love the rain fall shower head. Plus, the shower is nice and roomy. The hotel has a nice array of restaurants but they are not all open on the same days, which was too bad. I really wanted tl try the steakhouse.
