I’d pass on this one.

There was a half drank bottle of Gatorade in the fridge along with a beer and water bottles. The tv didn’t work but I was able to reboot the cable box, then all good. When you flush the toilet, it took at least 15 minutes to fill the supply tank! I had reserved 2 rooms and the 2nd room had dirty pillow cases on the bed. I didn’t report any of this because we were tired and only there for 1 night.

It is awkward to get into the parking lot of the hotel; it feels like one is turning onto an on ramp to the highway. It works, it's just...surprising and non-intuitive. The carts, rooms, and ice machine are quite nice. I like that there are adjoining room options. Our shower wouldn't drain well, and the temperature adjustment for the shower is super awkward. I don't know if this is common in the hotel, or if it was just our room. It was difficult to get cold water from the tap, but I suspect that was due to the *weather* and heat wave rather than due to the hotel having a problem (I suspect it was the heat). The towels are great, and the air conditioning works excellently. The blankets on the beds are...a bit thin and limited. It was very difficult to get hold of the front desk. They did not answer the phone when using the room phone to call the front desk (with the "front desk" button OR with hitting 0 for operator). The hotel system sent us a text saying we could text back with questions...but they never responded. Additionally, the wifi was...spotty and inconsistent, which was frustrating. The microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator were solid, and there were ample lights in the room. The TV was adequate, but we were locked out of most features, including the brightness, and everything was super dim on the screen. We were also locked out of the input buttons and couldn't plug in the computer or DVD Player without pulling and using the cable HDMI.

We booked an extended stay. The TV reception was poor. The shower was not operating properly and the water temperature went up and down. The rooms need updating. The pool was filthy. The room smelled like smoke. The mini fridge was hard to get to. No laundry facilities.

Bad to Awful!

The first room that were were given had dirty, sticky bedsides tables, ice bucket lid, etc. and no bath towels. When we went into the bathroom, there was water all over the floor between the shower and toilet, and not a little. We were able to change rooms. The new room was indeed clean, but I had to go to the desk 3 times in order to get the TV to work. The next day, we left and made sure the TV and all lights but one were off. We came back to a room that had not been made up or cleaned at all, but all 5 room lights were on as well as the TV! Who in the heck had been in our room?! The area outside had weeds everywhere, some of them 5 feet tall, and the pool water looked sketchy indeed. Our stay at a Wingate Wyndham near the airport had been wonderful, so we thought we could trust all of the Windgates. Never again!!

Wife had medical issue that made the bathroom inaccessible. We made the reservation a half hour before we got there on Saturday, place was packed with tournament and Cards in town. Realized the problem the min we walked in so we had to leave. It was less than a total 45 minutes from the time we made the reservation to when we had to cancel. Had to wait till Monday to get word the manager refused refund. Likely they ended up getting paid for that room twice in the same night.Wont do business with Wyndem again.

The carpet was damp/sticky. Twice people in the hallway tried to get in our room. Called the front desk. She said she’d check it out and call us back. She never did. The landscaping hasn’t been done in years it looks like. Pillows were nice.

Do not stay here. I had two rooms for two nights. As we fit in to check in there was line. No problem..wasn’t in a hurry. The receptionist/manager that night mentioned she was coming from her 2nd shift job. When we get to the rooms we were welcomed with one having a giant butcher knife laying on the floor by the door u get a plastic bag. The bed sheets were filthy on top and the fitted ones. Our oillow in our room had something green on it. Our floor was flooded! The carpet was soaked and we only realized that when my son was walking around in socks. My son also is the one who found the knife..he was running up to the room first so he was first to spit it. The floors throughout the entire hotel are disgusting. I did get some more sheets and pillow cases from the front desk. These rooms are horrible. She was kind enough to get us some more sheets but made it seem like no big deal. I didn’t bother to mention the floor because I knew everywhere was sold out and there was no way to get a different room here either. I really wish I wouldn’t asked for a refund and I would’ve if we could’ve found somewhere else to go. Trust me..I called.
