Not Impressed

The ratings I saw online unfortunately didn’t match our experience. The beds were comfortable but the room had a lot of problems. Most outlets didn’t work including the one next to sink where most people set their hair, the TV only had 1 channel working, the bathtub was running (not dripping) water the entire first night. Less than desirable considering it is a Wyndham property.

Nice property, however it is going through some renovation. Can’t remember names but the clerk on duty when we checked in was over the top. We asked if we could play cards in the breakfast area and she said no problem and even popped up a fresh batch of popcorn. When we got up the following morning and discovered our room had no towels. I went down to the front desk and the clerk on duty quickly got me towels. Night 2 a male clerk was on duty and we asked to play cards and he said “it’s my second day on the job and I don’t know where the light switch was.” I told him where it was only because I saw where the clerk the night before turned on. He ignored me and we played cards with poor lighting. The third night we had a different female clerk and she also took excellent care of us. Someone needs to give the young man a course in customer service skills. We noticed that the hotel seemed to be very understaffed. Overall a pretty good stay. By the way a great place to eat was Ban Dan As right next door.

The property is dirty. The room had lids but no cups. It had 2 towels and just sheets on the bed. We asked for more towels and blankets the first day we were there but afrer 3 hours, we had to call again. Someone went home wurh the laundry room key so we couldn't get towels or a blanket until the next day. So we slept the first night with no blankets. We asked for a late check out on our departure day and they said we had until noon. At 11:05 am, the manager banged on our door and then made entry before giving us a chance to answer. We were shocked and confused and she told us no one informed her that we had a late check out. She never apologized so we just left and hung out at the airport. The entire hotel smelled like smtale smoke. I would never recommend this place and I will never be back.

I was really, really hoping for a better stay. The front staff was very nice but I was so disappointed when I got up to the room. First of all, I had requested a first floor and was told there were no king rooms.Available on the first floor so I said I will be happy to take the queen. No I got the 3rd floor which thank God. There was an elevator it's faster. I immediately walked into the room and a good tell the person before me had been smoking. I thought it was a non smoking hotel, except for you know, say outdoors. The tub was leaking water from the spout.I couldn't turn it off. I pulled down the sheet and found a stain on the sheet. So I just moved to the other side of the bed, got comfortable to watch TV. To my amazement, the TV sucked, it wouldn't work correctly. The picture was horrible.I couldn't change the channels. There was so tired I finally just gave up and watched b.B c america. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

FLEAS ON MY BED !! HORRIBLE PLACE TO SLEEP !

Check in process was great easy to do on the hotel app got there after a 4 hour drive and half a day spent at Six flags so very exhausted and the room was horrible food still crunched all over the carpet then there was fleas on our bed tried contacting front desk numerous times with no luck very very disappointed and will never stay there again !

One employee working front desk on a Friday at check-in time. Front door to hotel broken. Incoming guest had to be diverted to side doors to check in. No ice buckets in rooms. Ice machine’s broken! Long check in due to people who already checked in complained about rooms not being cleaned! Never again.

Room smelled like smoke, walls falling down in hallway. Bathroom toilet water running all night and then when we woke up condensation all over everything. Private hairs all over the shower and bath. Needless to say we did not chose to shower. Beds were fine.

Our bathroom floor was soaking wet from shower head drip into a plugged tub. While toweling it down, I noticed how filthy the toilet bowl was with mold, etc. There was also particles under bedside. I do see any reason for this sloppy and gross housekeeping and certainly would not stay there again or recommend.

We were given 2 towel sets for 4 people and a 2 night stay. Apparently they were out. Washer was broke. Guess they never heard of laundromat. Corporate apparently took all the ice buckets but machines still work. Tv remote worked once in a great while. Staff didn’t care about any of the problems.
