Great house for a group of friends! Perfect amount of space and very clean and walkable to the main road in CWE! Kay was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond and made it easy to communicate with!

Overall, the house was in a good location, spacious, and provided all of the amenities we were looking for. I hate mentioning the next part, but it did impact our stay quite a bit, and so it is unfortunately necessary.Upon checking in we did find mouse poop in the guest bathroom. On the 2nd night, at 3am, I was awoken by a mouse that had fallen in the master bathtub and was trying to get out. I had to catch it in a large cup and then dispose of it. It was very disturbing to know that mice were running around and I was not able to get back to sleep the rest of the night.

Our family of 4 siblings were in St Louis for a funeral and chose this rental. We found this home to be like a hug of comfort! From the beginning, our host could not have been more helpful and responsive. The thoughtfulness of every detail exceeded my (high) expectations. If you're looking for clean, beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, quality home away from home during your travel, we think you'll not be disappointed here. Not to mention the peaceful, charming street/community. Thank you for helping us thru the unplanned event that brought us to the city, and for extending sweet hospitality thru our stay at this home. Relaxing Girls Trip

This was a beautiful prperty, great neighborhood. The perfect place that we could relax and catch up over coffee, a cozy home base between a lovely brunch out in CWE & dinner on The Hill! We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving House!

Very comfortable and tidy house. Plenty of space, comfy beds and couches, good workspace, and very nice kitchen. Well-stocked with quality towels, ample phone charging light fixtures, and comfortable bedding. Super clean house. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with plenty of quiet streets for walking and groceries very close by. It served our multi-gen family very well over the holiday and we made a full Thanksgiving meal there! Great new listing so try it out!

Excellent Place for Families St. Louis Weekend Trip

4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms allows larger families to have some private time. Home is absolutely the best! Very clean and stocked with a few food/beverage items like a loaf of bread, breakfast bars, bananas, coffee, tea, sweetener/sugar and powder creamer was a super nice surprise. But within walking distance of Schnucks if you need anything else. We will definitely book here again when we’re back in St. Louis! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Kay!
