Check-in process was sub par. No greeting. And they gave us a key to room that already was occupied. Went to the room and it had a don't disturb sign on it the door and music/tv was on. Went back to tell the front desk and no apologies or anything. Then they have gave us a different room that had no towels. Called downstairs to get some towels and the front desk lady seemed inconvenienced when I asked her to bring us towels. Otherwise room was on par with the price we paid. Nothing fancy but good enough for 1 night stay before a flight.

Short of maid staff like everywhere else, so not going to complain about that. However, Someone was on the 3rd floor and their kids ran back and forth and jumping on and off the bed all hours day and night. Staff said there was nothing they could do. the
