I arrived at almost 4 am after a long day at the hospital—my mom had surgery, & I just needed a few hours of real rest before heading back. Hotels.com and the front desk staff made it super easy to check in way before the normal 3 p.m. time, no hassle at all. The room was spotless, bed was so comfortable, and it honestly felt like heaven after trying to sleep upright in those awful hospital chairs. Exactly what I needed when I needed it.

I was very disappointed in the upkeep of the hotel altogether. It was very cheaply designed and poorly dressed in both the lobby and the rooms. It was supposed to be a non-smoking place, but smelled like cigarettes all throughout the hallway. The staff was nice but terrible about addressing any concerns timely as my sink was clogged before I even used it and my smoke alarm kept going off. I won't be returning for any reason.
