NO, onsite parking. Self park across the street from hotel or valet. Either way we were forced to pay for parking, which should have been free. We pay too much for the room, shouldn't have to pay for parking or breakfast

Overall, we had a great experience. The positives about this hotel included very friendly and helpful front desk staff and valet staff. The hotel is a VERY short walk to the Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium. Parking is also next to the hotel if you wanted to self park. They also have very nice bath and body products (Evelyn & Crabtree). Here are some things we experienced that dropped the rating from 5 to 4 stars. Our room was not ready at the advertised check in time. We had to wait in the lobby while they put a rush on our room. The other concern for us was the temperature in the common areas. The lobby and hallways leading to the guest rooms were very warm and stuffy. Considering it was an extremely hot day, you would think walking into the building would provide some relief but it just felt like the AC was not sufficiently cooling the lobby and hallways. Our bedroom was cooler though so that was fine overall.

I do not understand how people stay in any hotel room and only have cleaning service every 4 days. How are we supposed to get more coffee? Most importantly, what do people do with their bath towels without any place to hand them. Do you want the guests to drape them over furniture in the living area? Are we supposed to throw them on the floor and use them again? They makes no sense to me.

I would’ve given it 1 star but some of the staff were nice and helpful. Others were not so much. This place nickels and dimes everything! The AC did not work very well and made the room uncomfortable. The room was also small and the view out the window was of a dumpster! I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Poor experience

Downgraded our room when we checked in without any notification. Had to take a smaller room and it was too late to go somewhere else. The AC didn’t work in the elevator, hall way, and our room. The shower wouldn’t work very well and drain was didn’t drain. Had to shower in standing water. Bar service was extremely slow. Took 30 plus minutes every time trying to get a drink and it was not very crowded.

this hotel was very pretty! our stay in st. louis was short but the location seemed convenient. our room was ready when we arrived and the check in was quick. i really appreciate the fridges in the rooms and also the microwave available in the lobby's snack area. when im traveling i really hate throwing out food leftovers from a restaurant because the room doesn't have a fridge. i did notice a few areas that were lacking attention to detail in our room. there was no body wash in the shower, the AC didn't get below 69 despite being set lower, and there was some old food in the fridge. it seemed like it had been there a while. in the end those are some pretty minor issues but they did stick out to me at the time.

Overall, we had a good 2 night stay. The room was spacious and ouor view of the arch was amazing. We did have issues getting the room to cool down, it took hours for the AC to do its job but eventually we were comfortable. A little extra attention to cleanliness could be utilized as there was someone else's hair in the shower and on the floor outside of it, as well as a stain of some sort on the floor under the bathroom vanity. Only other complaint was the food - we ordered pretzel sticks on the second night as a late night snack and they were dry and flavorless and not at all worth the money paid. But yes, overall, we would probably stay again if ever back in St Louis. And I would recommend to others traveling to the area.
