Last minute room - unusable sofa bed.

We couldnt get a roomast minute with 2 queens, so we opted for King with sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so disgusting, no one should have been expected to sleep on it. We told the front desk at checkout and she asked me to describe "disgusting" and when i did she just shrugged.

Lets start with the food. I ordered a supreme pizza when I got there and they messed that up, the next morning at breakfast it was 12.99 a plate a I could have gotten better food from a hole in the wall gas station. The food was terrible. Manager refused to speak to me on this issue.

You asked for a review, so here goes. Because the sink drain stopper didn’t work, because we had to slam the room door shut due to binding in the frame, because there was no coffee available in the room (only tea), because you have a notice on the bathroom mirror that ‘for our comfort’ our room will only be made up every other day; because apparently the restaurant was not open Sat. evening, and all this was for $271 a night for a room with a king bed, it is difficult to leave a positive review. I can assure you this will be shared on Facebook with our friends.

I wish there was an option to upload pictures because the pull out couch mattress was the grossest thing I have ever seen in a hotel or even in general. Felt like a scary movie.
