It appears to be an older and smaller property (felt that way). It is kept clean (huge plus), breakfast area was clean and fresh. I hated not being able to control the room’s a/c … there was a sign attached to the unit stating it was controlled somewhere else (other than our room). Don’t think I would stay here again.

Overall good stay! We went to a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and it was an easy drive over. Easily accessible from the interstate. The front desk person was very kind and welcoming. We needed an early check-in and they were happy to make that happen. My only complaint would be it felt very damp in the room. The carpet almost felt wet and made my socks feel damp. The room was very clean otherwise.

Hampton Inn-needs updating.

They messed up our check-in but finally figured it out, with no apologies. They put us on 3 different floors and we booked together. We had a light flickering that could cause you to go crazy, so we left it off. The bathroom had no ventilation and the ceiling was dripping from condensation. The light switch to the room was hidden by the bathroom door which also didn't seem to shut so no real privacy. This hotel needs a make over.

Thin walls, could hear loud neighbors very clearl

Thin walls, and we were in an adjoining room situation and the people in the next room were very loud late at night, shouting and talking loud and there were at least 5 of them and I didn't want to cause trouble so I didn't approach them, I figured the front desk wouldn't help so I didn't make a fuss.

Rooms were incredibly small. I had to pay a pet fee that I was not told by Expedia about. Room was so small hard to move around. Not very clean. It was a connecting room and I could hear everything next door. Very uncomfortable.
