Elevators have been malfunctioning since our last visit in August. The night clerk kept us waiting outside for over five minutes before we were allowed into the building for check-in (11:05-11:20pm). And PLEASE move the smoking area AWAY from the side doors! This is the best pet-friendly hotel we’ve found in the area. However, they need to do some maintenance.

Someone tryed getting in our room at 9 am. They had a keycard but i had the metal lached but when we went to look housekeeping was at the other end of hall and a white women with blond hair and wearing a pink top was walking down the hall from our room. Other than that it everything else was great.

We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations! After knowing her and her loving spirit we feel that we now have a friend when we return to Arnold. Our daughter and her husband are relocating to Arnold for their ministry. As parents it made us feel good to know that there are people in Arnold with the loving spirit of Lucy! We love Lucy!

Found our new place to stay when visiting family

Great location, great service, clean rooms, pet friendly, and ample parking. It made for a great stay. My only recommendation would be to put the smoking areas further from the doors. It was unpleasant to have to enter and exit through a cloud of cigarette smoke.
