The staff was very friendly. However, we had a 2 queen room reserved and due to a hockey tournament, the only room left was a handicap room. The room did not smell good. The beds were comfortable and clean but the carpet was heavily stained and was ripped in spots. The bathroom door needed repair and the bathroom needed some freshening up. Not happy for the price we paid. The front desk guy apologized and offered a discount but couldn’t do anything since we had booked through a third party.

My reception by the front desk clerk was simply nice! He was professional, attentive, and receptive. My room was clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the eating area was clean.

The hallways smelled good, our room was very clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, the lobby coffee was exceptional, the breakfast area and offerings were wonderful, and the area around the hotel offered many conveniences! Absolutely no complaints about this stay! (We didn’t use the pool, so we can’t comment on that.)

Couples trip to concert

The room was damp, musty smell, like smoking in the room had occurred. Halls smelt like someone smoking in them. Entrance and parking lot in very poor shape. We did not eat breakfast, wine to look for banana and was not one. Apples and unripe oranges. Other food looked decent.

All of the staff we interfaced with were very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly and our room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast that was offered was probably the best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent and the variety was perfect. We plan to stay at this best Western plus hotel each time we travel through St. Louis on our way to New York.

not staying there again.

shower dripped all night and would not turn on. so we took no shower. sad. but the faucet of shower dripped all night. so weird. bed was hard. clean but hard.
