The private living area includes a convenient sofa bed a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short/long term rentals.
Complimentary strong WiFi and refreshing air conditioning throughout home is available.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| Living room offers a cozy retreat with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Natural light floods the room through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
SOFA BED is available for an extra guest if needed.
Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, with all utensils and necessary amenities provided. It`s perfect for those who enjoy cooking or want the convenience of preparing their own meals.

2. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
