Staff were very nice. The hotel itself has the potential to be great but just misses the mark on a few things. The spa facilities and pool area could do with an update. The pool are both quite small and only really feel.suitable for 1 family at a time. The jacuzzi is also quite intimate and was also not warm.enough to be enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was a little wierd but thats down to personal taste. The main issue we had was yhe AC not working eventhough we were constantly calling reception to fix it. They would put it on for a couple of hours when we'd call and then switch it back off which meant disturbed sleep every night.

Staff is excellent, they go out of their way to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. If you are worried about airport transport,Bolt is available at any time within 5 min. We left at 3 am and got a Bolt in 4 min, cost 12 Euro.

Nice clean boutique hotel in a great area. Very quiet and close to a lot of things. We walked all over the area and found lots of places to eat and drink. The beds were really comfortable and our room was quite large. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel was really good value.

El hotel es hermoso, moderno. Al llegar fuimos recibidos con una gran sonrisa y una bebida de bienvenida. La habitación (Executive Suite con whirpool y cocina) esta hermosamente decorada y amplia. La cama y almohadas son muy cómodas. Tiene un balcón enorme con vista a la bahía y un jacuzzi para 4 personas. El desayuno tipo buffet es muy amplio y variado con opciones frías, calientes, cereales, lácteos y panadería. Jugos y máquina de café. Cuenta con parqueo privado aunque la entrada es bastante estrecha y se necesita pericia por parte del conductor. El hotel esta bien ubicado en la bahía de San Julián. Las instalaciones, amenities y calidez del personal hacen de este Hotel una experiencia única y totalmente recomendable.
