Good location, close to mall Disappointing that the gym is closed for renovation and was not mentioned when we checked in. That was the main reason why we chose this hotel. On top of that they are even charging extra $ for late checkout, which I think they should just waive out of courtesy considering our complaint about the unavailability of the gym
