We didn’t know Universities were available to rent rooms for summer. It was a pleasure to get acquainted with Memorial University for a few days. The Continental breakfast made our morning easier. Doing laundry on-site was very convenient and inexpensive. Laundry pods @ dryer sheets supplied.

This was a simple dorm room with a shower and a bathroom. Common area had a fridge and microwave. It was perfect for me. I just needed a place to sleep while I was visiting my daughter. A four day stay was $400 less than the cheapest hotel.

Everything about 40 Livyers Loop was unbelievable, from the very friendly & helpful staff, to the extremely comfortable bed & mattress. The best 3-nights sleep I've experienced in years. It was recharging; and if I ever need a place in St John's to rest, I will try them again.

I stayed here with my wife when we came to my son’s convocation at the university. The rooms are student dormitory rooms. They Are fine. My wife was disappointed that they weren’t en suite. But it is what it is I knew what they were when I booked them so. Very convenient for convocation.
