What a clip joint

The entire service staff and front desk were amazing. I was disappointed at the rate I was charged for the time I was there ( 6) hours !!! My plane from Ontario was delayed so arrival time was very very late (3:30am) I was only staying there until my family was able to come in the morning at 10:00 am ? I couldn’t possibly ask them to venture out at that hour of the morning and the weather was freezing rain and it was a 90 minute drive !!

Volleyball trip

Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great, bathroom was well organized and internet and tv was great. Did find the beds a little big uncomfortable in r 326 however room was very budget friendly and with a great location for shopping and exploring St. John’s. staff were great and would have no issues staying there again.

The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean. Breakfast was good but we woke up to no hot water I knows these things happen, but I think they could have told us they were shutting it off completely we had no idea until I phoned down and asked Also could have given us a voucher or something not just smile and say they have no idea how Long it will be off!!

We stayed 2 nights in a pet friendly room with 2 of our cats who were having spay/neuter surgeries. The room was great, nice & clean! The breakfast buffet was awesome with loads of choices! The hotel was also close to the veterinarian which was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay & will be back!
