We had a fabulous time in St John at Lavender Hill! When we arrived, there was a welcome package from the North Shore Deli in the fridge for us. That was a nice touch! The hummus and salads came in handy for beach hopping. We even went to the deli and picked up more salads for the remainder of our stay. We love how close Lavender Hill is to Cruz Bay and to the walking trail that takes you to Honeymoon Beach! We rented a jeep and enjoyed beach and trail hopping as we explored the island. Having the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and additional sunblock and bug spray for our use was a great touch. We really had everything we needed and the view was amazing! The only problem that we had was the lack of hot water. When we communicated this to the owner, someone came over and installed a new water heater the next day. It did provide a few extra minutes of hot water, but it is still limited. After a long hot day on the beach, I look forward to a nice long shower to get cleaned up. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Great stay

The property was wonderful. Exactly as depicted. Location perfect. Clean. Well stocked. We highly recommend it. The surprise basket of items from North Shore deli in the refrigerator was a nice touch and really appreciated. Check-in with JP was quick and efficient. We just loved this place and everything about our stay on St. John.

Well Accommodating

This was our first trip to St. John's. JP was great! He was in constant contact with us once we landed and provided us some good tips on shopping and several beaches to to visit. We really appreciated him meeting us at the supermarket and providing the personal check in at the condo. The place was very clean, well decorated and had everything including a cooler and beach bag. The view was amazing and the location was very private but close to town and the ferry.
